Back on track today, and another session with the Power of 3 video. This time it the turn of my abdominals to do some work....and boy do they know it! Youchy!
Going to start looking on eBay for a DVD version of this...the video is grand, but my remote control is missing...and manually fat-forwarding and rewinding to find the right bits to work to is becoming a bit of a pain in the butt....pun not intended!
Kinda ruins the flow of the workout.
If you see any good bargains give me a heads up!
