Today on the list was to do a workout from Davina McCall's Power of 3 video. I chose to do the Upper Body workout, sandwiched between the warm-up and cool-down. A whole 30 minutes...found it tough, and had to walk-on-the-spot through some of it. But this will get easier, won't it?
Suffice to say I completed what I pledged to myself I would do...and there's a second set of initials on my print-out.
